Fitness app
Tracking your progress is crucial. Everyone needs extra motivation to keep going, and the hardest part of working out is seeing results. Many people focus only on the number displayed on the scale.
This fitness app addresses that issue by showing that even the smallest efforts yield results.
Problem 1
Too many apps to track progress (weight, body measurements) and workouts.
Problem 2
Lack of understanding of how to use gym equipment.
Problem 3
Struggling with daily motivation to work out.
Process
The development of this app involved continuous testing with a group of 8 users, aiming to create a simple user experience. It was designed to be adaptable for gym chains of any size, from large networks to smaller independent gyms.
Initially, several competing gym apps were analyzed, including those designed for personal exercise tracking and nutrition management.
The foundation of good health is consistent physical activity paired with a balanced, healthy diet.
Based on this principle, wireframes were created with various user flows, which were tested with multiple users until an optimal flow was found.
