proGrow is a web platform optimized for industrial frontline operations, utilizing advanced IoT connectivity and data analytics.

Process
Initially, a full analysis of the platform was conducted, reviewing all current user flows to identify major pain points. We also gathered feedback from end-users on their challenges and needs.
Due to significant inconsistency in components and styling across the platform, a visual restructuring was necessary. To address this, I began developing a component library incorporating proGrow’s branding, ensuring a cohesive visual language throughout the platform.
This work was done collaboratively with the development team to align delivery timelines and expectations and meet deadlines.
Alongside this visual restructuring and refinement user flows, new product features were created, implemented, and tested.
